      Pros

      In the south of Italy, Exprivia is one of the few companies able to guarantee work in the IT industry.

      Cons

      Exprivia does not provide for the growth plans of its employees and for this reason it is almost impossible to make a career. There are no employee assessment systems. The salaries are not commensurate with experience and responsibilities of employees
