Pros

Ownership was amazing and treats you fair and with respect. Truly loved working with the people there everyday.

Cons

The systems corporate makes all branches use is outdated. Really hinders growth and they (corporate) seem very reactionary and not the least bit interested in adapting and innovating. I think had I not had the franchise ownership I did I would have not wanted to work here. They franchise owners and coworkers are what made this place great.
