      In the scenario where both my friend and I are employed at Ericsson, one way we could add extra effort is by collaborating on innovation projects.       Not what it used to be at Cradlepoint

      Great people and ground level management. Great products. Great customers. Great partners.

      Cons

      Upper management has destroyed the culture that drew people to Cradlepoint. The pay structure for Inside Sales is outdated since restructuring. This includes lowering the bonus payments and the commission structure for the lowest paid group with the highest ROI. Too many different people trying to implement change without organization or working with the people who the changes effect.
