      Large multinational company with international job opportunities; a strong player in the market which is actively involved in setting the market trends and can offer a great opportunity for self-learning from other countries'experience

      Cons

      HR administration lacks vision; no clear and transparent salary and benefit levels for employees; internal organization is chaotic and frequently results in low employee motivation; knowledge sharing between colleagues is not encouraged enough; high procedural processes that prolong projects deadlines

      Pros

      Growing company, above average salaries, good working environment. You are valued for your skills and you get to participate in decisions (even if I was only part-time employee).

      Cons

      As with every multinational corporation the procedures are a bit stiff. Sometimes you have to follow the protocol and not the best way around a problem.
