      Pros

      Great experience when I could learn a lot about power systems grid operation and develop my analysis skills. Great people, very respectful and always available to teaching you.

      Cons

      I felt it is a little bit hard to have opportunities to be hired at the end of the internship. Also, I think the company overall is not very worried about developing new technology, which is something that I really appreciate.
