      - Great benefits for mothers, fathers and additional time-off. - Not a huge amount of workload, leaving you with enough free time

      Cons

      - The company is working with politics. There is no professional development unless someone from the top likes you. - There is no pay raise. - You will not evolve professionally. - There is not a company structure. Positions are being created to accommodate some people, well others are left in the same position for years.
