Generally good people to work with Work with big global names Can move through roles if you spend time networking internally

Cons

Targets unachievable Lots of needless process Commission review board = don’t want to pay commission for deals won Employees treated as a number not individuals Pay freeze for last 3 years International business closed down. Business retracting Customer service poor, due to cost savings Revenue reporting broken. Big issue when half of sales people’s pay relates to this! Awful IT tools. Laptops huge horrendous cheap Lenovo items. Mobile phone is Vodafone’s own branded cheap device. Customers laugh at it! Stop asking customer to sign onerous tcv contract commitments with penalty clauses. The market has shifted!

Politics all over the organisation, behaviors are poor and non focused, decision architecture is none existent and leadership is very poor.
