Pros
Things have changed in Vodafone, their employees do not count in this economic climate, its profit first and foremost and the employees come well down the companies list of priorities.
Cons
The department I worked in was a good place to work but the helpdesk was extremely pressurised and the CSR's were very stressed and under valued.
