Pros
The People, the Culture and the Values. You have a well defined career path. I worked with three different managers and they were the best. I learned a lot from them and I still have contact with them.
Cons
Normal business bad situations, like outsourcing IT teams which became a trend in most companies. Also it might take so long time to get promoted within a team so people tend to apply internally to other different functions.
