      Pros

      Nice Office to work in. Gives you money towards phone, gives you work laptop, but thats pretty much it.

      Cons

      Only handful of decent Managers. They change rules there every week. Software and service are awful. Employees not really cared about unless you're popular or good looking. Even people who perform can be bullied.

      Innovative talent all over Vodafone

      Politics all over the organisation, behaviors are poor and non focused, decision architecture is none existent and leadership is very poor.
