Steady job and payment, being in touch with all latest technology trends. Socializing with people that you want to socialize. Having access to Vodafone telephone database. Provides some extra payments with coupons.
Cons
Company is being extremely pushy for target achievements & NPS scores. Zero career opportunities if you work in a shop. Nepotism over the higher and management positions. No meritocracy. Managers and area managers are not supportive to sales persons, they are just being driven from numbers; also some are being placed in these positions just because of seniority/connections with zero skills. In order to get a promotion you need to have the right connections from inside. Company treats Sales persons with inequality and being treated differently (if you work in Franchise shop you don't have days off, you have to work more days and hours,mop floors and get paid less than worked in an Own Shop)
