Pros
I have worked for Vodafone Greece for 7 years. As pros I would name some employee benefits (good private health insurance, pension program, on-premises gym, etc.) which is not a common thing for most Greek companies, unfortunately.
Cons
The average level of technical skills and knowledge of employees is quite low. Nevertheless, most people there think very highly of themselves, maybe as a side-effect of their high pride for working in such a big company. Meritocracy is not in the company's DNA. No matter how productive and technically competent you are, having given solutions to several technical problems, if you do not advertise yourself to your managers, your work and contributions are often under-evaluated.
