      Solid financial status. Clear strategy. Focus on mid term results, not only on short term. Relevant investiment strategy. Working time flexibility.

      Cons

      Accountabilities sometimes are not clear. 'Urgency' mood and priorities change are very common. Competences are not considered as a value.
