Pros

I joined Unobravo because I wanted to work on something that actually matters and I stayed because of the people and the energy. This is a place where the challenges are genuinely new, not just for the company, but for the Italian and European market as a whole. Mental health is evolving fast and being inside that evolution (rather than watching it from the outside) is something you don't find easily. You bring an idea, you test it, you learn and move. There's a real culture of sharing, building together and taking things across the finish line. Beyond the work there's a lot of life in this company. Events, moments to connect, a Milan HQ that has a real community feel. Flexible working that's actually flexible!

Cons

Processes are still being built, things move fast and can shift, and not everything has a clear answer yet. If you need a fully defined path, it might feel uncertain at times, but if you're someone who sees that as an opportunity, you'll thrive

Pros

Remote, nice and strong colleagues, good ambition of growth.

Cons

Getting worse and acting not transparently, treating people as children. Changes are not necessarily bad, but the communication and HR behaviour is as bad as it gets. Hypocrisy drives the communication, to make an example summer holidays became mandatory over a 2-week period for everyone because "mental health is important". Everyone received a severance to leave so to cut costs and not-aligned people, not bad in itself, but short sighted and destroyed teams and morale. Remaining people aren't given a reward to stay and treated with bad and unclear communication, as always.
