Great management, easy work, lots of fun people to work around, local gym culture

It’s really just a cleaning job, you’re not really hanging out at the front desk all day. I’ve worked at other gyms where all you do is stay at the front desk but with this job - You were definitely a janitor.

Generally simple and easy responsibilities, great coworkers and members, flexible management. Free Black Card Membership is nice. As a student, I like that it's open 24 hours so you can take shifts that work with your schedule.

Pay isn't great. Job gets repetitive and very boring at times. There is a LOT of downtime after cleaning and you are not allowed to do homework or really anything to pass the time. Directions and expectations from corporate seem to change randomly. Of course some members harass other members or team members and there isn't much we can do about it.
