You are right, we do look for both high quality installs, and efficiency of work - a standard EV charger install (and we do communicate with the customer beforehand so we should in most cases know its complexity up front) takes between 2 to 4 hours - so it’s not unreasonable for two standard installations that are nearby to eachother to be completed in a day. If the job's different when you arrive (we all appreciate the frustration with a surprise lengthy cable run, for example) then we will of course rearrange other work.
