You won’t find another company like Octopus Energy. The people make it what it is. We all want to make Octopus a success. The drive is there to make our work not something we just turn up to each day but rather a mission to be the best energy supplier around - focussing massively on customer service. The use of the ever evolving tech improves the customer experience and our working environment. There’s nothing worse than working for a company with age old platforms and restrictive processes. We are super needy when it comes to tech solutions so having an in-house team is amazing. I love the fast paced environment and that there is always something new on the horizon - if you’re a 5 year plan person then Octopus ain’t for you. If you have fire in your belly, want to work hard and change the world then it is.
Cons
Working remotely means it’s rare all TLs are in the same place at the same time in real life. Would be nice to have more meet ups.
