A genuinely brilliant place to work if you care about doing the right things with good people. Octopus gives people a lot of trust. You are expected to think for yourself, move quickly and take ownership of your work which also is what makes it such a great place to learn and grow. The focus is properly on people. Customers, teams, colleagues etc. There is a real belief that if you hire brilliant people, give them context, trust them and remove the nonsense that gets in the way, people do exceptional work and this happens here everyday! We don't over bureaucratise things that do not need to be over bureaucratised and there is a strong bias towards doing what is right. You are surrounded every day by people who care deeply about customers, the mission and building something better.

It's probs not the right environment for people who want lots of structure, slow decision making, or a very narrow role.
