Pros
Work life balance is emphasised. A supportive approach. Lots of role/career opportunities. The energy and culture is dynamic and forward thinking. Training provided by peers opposed to trainers who don't know the role.
Cons
Holiday allowance is 23 days (whilst there is the option to unlimited there are caveats). Pension is only 3%, no life insurance/death in service Peers provide insight to the employee benefits and don't have enough knowledge to provide further clarity if needed. Personally i would like further info on pay structure, there are very mixed messages.
