Pros

good Health Benefits, good salary, other benefits

Cons

I joined this company in 2012 to work for one of their financial client in Illinois. As long as you are in project, you will get royal treatment. My project suddenly got over, since then this company's commuinication tone changed. No professionalism, hard to catch responsible person to find my next assignment because all their back office run from India. They couldn't find a single next assignment inspite they are publishing 30-40 relevant new job postings on their internal job posting, external job portals. All their acquired consulting companies works independently, they don;t have any communication between them. Its a BIG BODY SHOPPING company i.e when they offer you full time employment, don't expect it is a full time job offered by other big consulting firms in the market. expect No promotions, no salary increase but they equate themselves with Big consulting companies in the market like Cap Gemini,IBM, Accenture.

Pros

I have worked with NTT DATA as a government IT and project management consultant since 2018, starting with Cognosante before the acquisition. My experience has been very positive. I have had the autonomy to focus on the success of my team and my client, while also having the support of a large, high-performing organization. There are real opportunities for growth, strong training resources, and leaders who genuinely care about employees, clients, and the communities they serve. I have also been promoted during my time here, which reflects the company’s commitment to recognizing and developing talent.

Cons

As with many large organizations, processes and systems and can sometimes take time to navigate, especially during periods of growth or transition. Continued focus on communication and simplifying internal processes would make the employee experience even stronger.
