      Pros

      Great team of people. Supportive and hard working. Good local management

      Cons

      No opportunities. Very poor US led management that fail to understand that the US is not the same as Europe. Company is in financial trouble and embarking on ill thought out cost cutting exercises. Absolutely no career prospects and poor salaries push NTT to the top of the bodyshop table.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
