      Being taken over by NTT DATA has been the best thing to happen to the former Keane. Training finally reemerging as important to company success.

      Cons

      There's still a ways to go for the legacy companies that were merged to form NTT DATA Americas to coalesce.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
