Pros

I had a job and a paycheck

Manager was slimy like a used car salesman on a lemon lot no communication from my manager or anyone from NTT almost the entire 2 years i worked for them HR didnt do any kind of onboarding at all, i was left to figure out fumble through their rats nest of corporate webpages before i found how to fill out my new hire paperwork. PTO is the lowest ive ever seen in the industry with NO negotiation room on hire. severely underpaid compared to my peers ( same title and tenure made roughly 30k more) refused to give me the benefits package until after i accepted the position, after working as C2H for them for 7 months. Health insurance is HILARIOUSLY expensive for the little it covers ( 250 a month for healthy single person and still have to meet the deductible before it covers anything) Self Evals are a joke, openly used to allow the company to not give you a raise.

Pros

- Strong global presence allows for diverse projects, clients, and opportunities - Enabled and encouraged to learn new technologies, use tools, and grow skills - Generally supportive teams and cross collaboration - Great work-life balance in many roles

Cons

- Compensation and raises can be slow, infrequency, and below market - Personal Development review process can be unclear and slow - Processes and decision making around them can feel very outdated, there seems to be a lack of structure and clarity around many HR and business operations areas - Very little employee recognition - Critical benefits information isn’t distributed well and there is zero follow up actions to ensure we have all important access/accounts set up
