Pros

I am not sure if there is any

Cons

1) Poor management structure, height of non-professional/unqualified middle management example. They will make your life miserable. There is a culture of backstabbing, finger pointing, blaming other towers, blaming other peoples in front of other coworkers, and including in group emails, in other words, I'm tattling on you because you've been bad. It's a childish way of intimidating others. Sword of firing you will be hanging on your head all the time. The company is top heavy, so much middle management, it's becoming a dog fight zone. NTT Data Services hires project managers who have no clue what PM stands for? You'll be placed under a PM who is clueless as to what you're supposed to do. But the result is panic, micromanagement, and annoying behavior from PMs who shouldn't even have a job, they are worthless. 2) More responsibilities with no pay increase, No training Structure, Horrible Benefits. 3) Placement can be anywhere with no guarantee of another placement afterwards. 4) There are hundreds of useless managers and PM's. It's a huge buddy system of hiring incompetent buddy from 40 years ago. 5) If you are Indian (Not American Indian) and happen to fall into the try of an Indian and you have an attitude of parsing an unworthy personality day and night you may be fine, because it’s a huge place for partiality / favoritism - especially from specific part of the world called “India”

Pros

I have worked with NTT DATA as a government IT and project management consultant since 2018, starting with Cognosante before the acquisition. My experience has been very positive. I have had the autonomy to focus on the success of my team and my client, while also having the support of a large, high-performing organization. There are real opportunities for growth, strong training resources, and leaders who genuinely care about employees, clients, and the communities they serve. I have also been promoted during my time here, which reflects the company’s commitment to recognizing and developing talent.

Cons

As with many large organizations, processes and systems and can sometimes take time to navigate, especially during periods of growth or transition. Continued focus on communication and simplifying internal processes would make the employee experience even stronger.
