A lot of talk of transformation, but ultimately the business retreats to what they know, which is Cisco tin-shifting. No attempt to retain key talent - despite being told what is wrong and how it can be fixed, many promises made, but words are ultimately cheap. No true delivery capability - for a SI, far too much use of contractors or partners to deliver, with no retainment of IP.
