      Salary and Benefits are good, I worked off site at a client's location so I don't know what it's like to work in an NTT Data office environment

      Cons

      Very large company so things are not overly personal, I think a little more could be done to recognize employee accomplishments

      Pros

      You got a check, The product and my insured were why I came to work. I love helping the members. Enjoyed weekly touch base meetings.

      Cons

      Senior agents put in place of the newbies were the worse. If you were not a part of the CLIQUE your opinion or voice did not matter. They bully their employees and my dept turn over rate should be studied.
