      There is a very strong union and employees will never be fired.

      Cons

      It used to be a part of Japan Government and employees' mindset is basically conservative. People who have never made mistake are easily promoted, so they try not to challenge.

      Pros

      You got a check, The product and my insured were why I came to work. I love helping the members. Enjoyed weekly touch base meetings.

      Cons

      Senior agents put in place of the newbies were the worse. If you were not a part of the CLIQUE your opinion or voice did not matter. They bully their employees and my dept turn over rate should be studied.
