Pros
Having NTT on your CV - although NTT ICT (Australia) are far moved from global practices. The relationships that I kept, once I was free of this wretched place. Leaving and finding happy employment with an organisation who knows how to lead not micro-manage.
Cons
Micro-managing Executives, particularly the COO - a cortisol fueled environment that leaves employees feeling like caged animals. I have lost count of the number of employees that have left NTT ICT (Australia) in the last two years, they have become one of those organisations that we laugh at down the pub. How the COO obtained and retains his position goggles my mind, he is a control-freak that put undue stress and anxiety on the workforce.
