      Pros

      As a fresher you get to do and learn a lot of technical stuff which you may not be able to do in a larger company. Most of the work is in J2EE.

      Cons

      You'll probably not find a future after certain years of working there. Can become monotonous after a certain point of time. Further work policy is strict.

      Cons

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
