Lack of leadership is so evident in this company. Lack of execution. Lack of understanding who DD is. Lack of market vision. Lack of adaptability. Lack of flexibility. Toxic environment. Lack of post sales engineers due to exodus. Unhappy people everywhere including middle management. The human factor is completely gone in this company.
