      Joined NTT Data as a fresher Good Work-life balance Interaction with higher management Good for Japanese resources.

      Cons

      Pune office has very few good projects, mostly working on old technologies Salary hikes are not good Heirarchial structure, no. of years served in the company is preferred over skills.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
