Large inter-project variability when it comes to allocated resources, reflecting on quality. Disconnect between management and devs. Expectation for devs to do extra consulting work on top of development tasks, rather than offloading to, say, tech consultants (it's their job! Hire actual consultants for consulting tasks!).
