      Talented team Really great to be part of the NTT umbrella and to participate in the R&D that the big company is doing Global exposure

      Company continues to try to grow by cutting costs Too focused on local sales and offshore delivery Team is constantly battling each other in order to claim success and avoid being swept up in the next round of layoffs

      You got a check, The product and my insured were why I came to work. I love helping the members. Enjoyed weekly touch base meetings.

      Cons

      Senior agents put in place of the newbies were the worse. If you were not a part of the CLIQUE your opinion or voice did not matter. They bully their employees and my dept turn over rate should be studied.
