Pros
Bosses are considerate. Pretty flexible work arrangement. Pay is average.
Cons
There is little to no gap among E1, E2 and E3 in terms of pay. They raised the entry salary for E1 but never cared to raise the salary range for E2 and E3. New hires, be prepared that your pay will be stagnant for years, 2-3% yearly pay adjustment, 4-5% for promotion increment (including yearly adjustment). Used to have 2 days work from home. Cut down to 1 day. And they check if you tap in tap out. Stupid security measure. Have to go through metal detector gate every day. Canteen food is inedible.
