An unfair treatment for ground-level employees. Mis-management and lazy working ethic for engineers. Engineers enjoy their lives by pushing their responsibilities toward the tech level. Supervisors are young fresh grads and don't know what they are doing. Unable to plan well for the shift but have the power to give ratings to the tech employees that are equipped with strong experiences. Ratings by favoritism. So if you are on their favorite list, it doesn't matter that you are 'rubbish', you will still get good ratings. Equipment Engineers are likely to just sit in the office and work remotely instead of seeing their equipment whenever major problems occurred. Mostly will trigger vendors to solve the issues by wasting company money. Conduct useless and costly projects just for the sake of rewards and promotion.
