Pros

The technology changes so frequently that there are always new projects to participate in. Everyday can be very different, which creates a very exciting work environement. People with good problem solving skills will not get bored in an engineering position. The pay is very good, especially considering the cost of living in Boise is fairly low. The benefits are pretty decent. Boise is an amazing place to live.

Cons

Poor balance between work and life. Way too much micromanaging. No clear direction of career path. Expectations are not clear. Poor quality and frequency of performance review. They give you way too much time off, but I have the impression that actually taking your time off is frowned upon. Managers do not fully support or appreciate their employee's input. "Face time" or the time actually spent in the building seems valued more than actual solid productivity.

Pros

Strong organizational growth – The company is continuously expanding, which creates exciting opportunities for career development and new challenges. Attractive RSU compensation – With the recent significant rise in stock price, the RSU (Restricted Stock Unit) package has become a highly rewarding part of the overall compensation.

Cons

Organizational silos – Each team or department tends to operate in its own silo, which can limit cross-functional collaboration and visibility into what other groups are working on. Overly strict internal security policies – While data security is important, the current policies can be excessively restrictive, making it difficult to share documents and resources even among colleagues working toward the same goals. This can slow down productivity and hinder efficient collaboration.
