Pros

Incredible facilities, talented people, and a few decent perks.

Cons

The pay was terrible unless you sold a ton of training, the company does not care about you in the slightest, shareholders are valued over customers and employees (in that order), and my manager lied to me on more than one occasion about things that would happen for me but never did. I invested time outside of my normal duties to building an entire pickleball program and never made a cent from it. By the end, I was relieved to quit, even though I had invested significant time and energy into creating an environment for people to have fun.

Pros

Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

Cons

You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
