Pros

Free membership- sometimes good team members - good ideas but no follow through- strong commitment to Healthy Way of Life - building team members engineer and Technician are always working super hard and give good communication- ops lead great to work for he tries so hard to make sure we are setting up for success

Cons

- Drama city in every department- team members are always complaining about their own jobs or others work ethics but they don’t even do their own jobs correctly - disrespectful team members about other team members- pay scale is on the low end (I only know because team members find everything as a competition: pt vs kids, aquatics vs ops, ops vs kids,) the pay scale is low and the only people who don’t complain about pay are probably the ones who work the hardest and I hope they get paid well because I know I don’t but I like my job it’s simple to follow the rules

Pros

Great healthy way of life promoted to employees as part of goals and balance of work with life. Flexible time off with mixture of paid time off.

Cons

Does not recognize federal holidays - not a bank - so use personal celebration days to take time off when requested.

Pros

Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

Cons

You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
