Pros
The members at the club were great and it was a pleasure teaching. It is a beautiful, clean facility. They also extend free membership to their employees which is a nice perk.
Cons
The management at Life Time is very challenged. There is little to no communication between department heads and instructors. There were several occasions that I did not get paid and trying to straighten it out was a mess. It took months and countless calls to their corporate offices. Maybe the con to working at a huge corporate gym??? They also expect a lot of non compensated time commitments and for a part-time job it was just ridiculous. Maybe best suited for people without kids.
