      Cons

      Toxic environment where you only get ahead of you are in a clique. Over performance won’t get you ahead but hanging out with bosses after hours will. Very unprofessional environment.

      Very friendly, inviting culture and it’s easy to feel like you belong

      For my team, majority are remote so i come into the office just to be on teams meetings
