Pros

Good income potential. After 5 years with the company this is the only pro I can find.

Cons

100% commission based. Be ready to be micromanaged. If you can't sell you won't last. Horrible Heath and dental insurance and a lame 401k program. A new level system is being setup to decrease the amount of money trainers can make by making difficult standards to meet. Being promoted is solely based on your revenue potentiol, not your education, experience or ability as a leader. Those of you with education in the field of Exercise Physiology, Lifetime doesn't care.
