Pros

-Membership included in employee package. -Working for a company that really helps people and gives them a place to accomplish their healthy goals. -Decent work life balance.

Cons

-Poor managers. If you are looking for advancement be prepared to lick some boots. Feedback and ideas from employees go in one ear and out the other. Any questions you have are answered by generic 'company lines.' Over the past year the department I worked in saw a nearly 100% turnover as well which should be a red flag. -No annual raises, cost of living adjustments or bonuses. -Constant internal technical issues that get patched up but hardly fully resolved.

Pros

Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

Cons

You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
