      Pros

      Work with young people in their teens and 20's. Great facility to be able to workout at and the ability to network is endless with the clientele.

      Cons

      Huge turnover, in relation to false promises and pushing employees too hard for a minimal return, not teaching what they preach.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
