      Pros

      I got to work with kids and they are always great. The facility is amazing. I was overwhelmed when I first walked into the building. There are two pools, a rock wall and so much more. It made it easy to keep the kids entertained.

      Cons

      Management was very disorganized. Papers were constantly being lost. There were things that still weren't ready when camp started. I had a tough time getting all of the hours I wanted at first, but that got better as time went on. There were also too many kids in a small space.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
