      Pros

      They educated, motivate and empower clients a customize workout plan and healthy eating to foster results.

      Cons

      Too expensive. Need to package membership with personal training. Too young of sales guys need to really get into clients needs. Peoples needs should change and every four months with eating and workout regiment.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
