      Pros

      -Free Membership -Great people to work around -Free merch if you can get your hands on it -Cafe discount

      Cons

      Management sucks and all they care about is their tenure. Salesmen fly in an out of their like its a fastfood joint. Working front desk sucks, you take all the crap from clients for min. wage while other departments don't do near as much work as us for the same pay. If you are in need of a highschool job, then this could work.

      Nice coworkers and accommodating management, amazing benefits and access to gym, fun work environment and good bartender training

      Cons

      Schedule made a month in advance and very difficult to switch shifts when it was finalized

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
