      Pros

      The philosophy and mission behind Life Time is inspiring. The benefit of a free membership is great if you can find the time to take advantage of it.

      Cons

      Upper management tends to be fragmented in their direction. This has you chasing your tail a bit and trying to support the demands of too many "must have" priorities.

      Very friendly, inviting culture and it’s easy to feel like you belong

      For my team, majority are remote so i come into the office just to be on teams meetings
