Pros
Good benefits, work with some fun people, make a minimum of $15/hr (probably for a lot longer than you would like)Aside from dogs, what other species have humans specifically bred for multiple different looks/uses?
Cons
Very poor organization and leadership from the corporate level down, 100% commission but there are a lot of mandatory hours you have to do things they dont compensate you for (meetings, etc)., you're treated as a sales number instead of a person, weird cult environment where you're expected to go above and beyond for a company that wont take care of the basic things to make your job easier (if the club doesn't hit goal you are asked to work unpaid hours trying to sell more services, but if you drop below 40 hours a week in any pay period they will take your benefits away), they only focus on teaching trainers how to sell more of their services instead of making them better trainers, you're on a set 40hr/week schedule and half the time you're there is during non-busy times for the club
