Pros

Lots of people at clubs?

Cons

There is no real effort/method to find your own clients besides just badgering members via text/calls/emails. (10 Reachouts within 7 days) Everybody 'gets a free session' which 50% of them don't show up after scheduling and many after that aren't actually interested. Pricing for training sessions is TOO steep for the vast majority of clients with no wiggle room in creating a lower session cost but compensating a trainer with a better %.
