Pros

Some of the coworkers were fun, and I liked the gym environment. That’s it.

Cons

This job was the worst job I have ever had. Minimum wage, which is $7.36. The only way to make decent money is to bonus which is nearly impossible because they make your goal so high. Management wants you to lie and scheme your way into making a training sale. They make you make phone calls all day to people who don’t want training and have to deal with being yelled at for bothering people on the phone. Hours are terrible. They make so many promises to you when you get hired but don’t follow through with any of them. I have a college degree and tons of experience and I was promised that I’d be able to pay rent easily with this position, but that was a big fat lie. Its all a joke and I’m glad I’m out.

Pros

Free access to the gym?

Cons

Pressured/forced to come in early without pay. Overwhelming amount of responsibility. Told not to take 10 minute paid breaks. Threatened job security over small things. Continuously adding new responsibilities, tasks, requirements for minimum wage. Taking commission if a payment declines or cancelation within 2 months of earning commission, it is subtracted from your pay or future commission.
